Happy New Year
What a year, huh ? God has done so much for me this past year and life couldnt be more amazing than it is right now! I thank my donor and his family more than anything right now, because of them, I may have not been alive today. I have watched God do miraculous things this year in peoples lives. I have had 2 other ladies I have become close with get their transplants as well. Both Ari and Leah look amazing!! I couldnt be more happier for them.
I thank everyone of you from the bottom of my lungs(hehe) who have been there with me this whole time. i couldnt have done it without you. To all who made me food, visited me, called me, sent me things, laughed with me, it all kept me going.
Rebecca, Amie, Brie and I took of to Disneyland a few weeks ago. We had a blast. It poored on one of the days we were there and rained most of the other days. We spent 3 days there. We went on almost all of the rides. We even got our Briezy on Peter Pan and she liked it. Not only that, but Amie ran into a trash can while on her phone... Briezy almost exited the park and was scared we werent going to get back in,,, ummm I sat on a gate that said NO LEANING... and I almost fell over. Rebecca had no mishaps :) lol We went and had dinner with some hot men, Midevial Times. OH Rebecca almost did get us kicked out(not really) but we were taking pictures with the CALIFORNIA letters and Amie and Brie were lifting her up to take one with the F and a man came and told them to put her down. "If we wanted people up there we would have put in a steps." haha. Our plane rides were wonderful too, I could breathe. All in all , we had a wonderful time.
Christmas was a blur! We went to the Allens house and had a finger-food dinner. We got our cool foot pajamas, that have a butt flap. I came home and showed Missy them and she about died. We went to my Dads for Chritmas dinner. We then went out for my Dads birthday on the 27th to Macaroni Grill. On New years, Amie, Rheanna, Brie and Rebeccca came to my house and watched movies and then we brought in NY with some wine and some screams and a blue moon(with a cool ring around it) :) I am excited to see what new things God has planned for me this year. Oh I should tell you as for my health I have finally hit 101lbs and my lung function is 88%. I am now seeing the docs every 6 weeks. I have been transplanted for 7 months now and all is going well. Life is much eaiser and better now. As Ive said before I can breahte, and do things before that I couldnt :)
Take Care
